Boosting your immune system
Instead of eating ready meals and pesto pasta (even though it is the best meal to exist), try to meal prep simple and nutritional meals at the beginning of the week with lots of vegetables, protein and carbohydrates to save you time, money, and keep your immune system strong.
Bring water with you to the library to keep your body hydrated.
Don’t pull an all-nighter studying for your exams and midterms. Instead, make sure you get into bed early so you get a good eight hours of sleep.
Use Herbal Remedies
If you catch a cold, use herbal remedies such as ginger, honey and garlic, alongside cold and flu medication, to help alleviate your sore throat and blocked nose. A nice cup of honey and ginger tea works miracles when you are feeling under the weather.
